       The transfer portal for college basketball officially opened on Monday, March 24, which means coaches and players are scrambling to make contacts.      Florida State's new basketball coach, Luke Loucks, has also entered the Wild West of the transfer portal. This is necessary for Coach Loucks to build his new roster, as five Seminoles have already left last season's team.     Two of the more notable transfers are guard Chandler Jackson and forward Taylor Bol Bowen. Jackson finished the 2024-2025 season with a career-high 6.3 points, 2.1 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and was tied for first on the team in steals (38). Jackson started in 27 games but was a consistent offensive player who brought a proper understanding of the FSU culture to the team.     Taylor Bol Bowen was a key contributor to last season's FSU team.        The Noles are headed to Cameron Indoor for their 36th game all-time against the Duke Blue Devils. Duke enters on a five-game win streak, with their lowest margin of victory sitting at a measly 18 points. Florida State University is looking to steal a game after being on the wrong end of a two-game losing streak.      In the last 20 or so seasons, the Noles have beaten the Blue Devils just seven times. However, this series has produced some classics like the Michael Snaer beater and the court storm back in the 2021 season. Offense     Under Coach Scheyer, the Blue Devils run a motion or early action offense once run by Hall of Famer, Coach K.
